★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent services, I used their services in 2016 when I gave a complex condition where I wanted to moved to 3BHK in same building and sell my 2BHK, condition was that I should move after full work is done in 3BHK. He actually arranged it. I was delighted with his service and transparency of work.
Now in 2022 I wanted to buy a 3BHK flat in same building for my mother in law and he arranged the same in 7 days time. The whole transaction took place in 45 days and I got the keys.
The advantage I feel, the owner Mr Ishwar is a good human being, he explains all the things in advance, helps in completing all the formalities, has a team of expereinced people including Sanjay who helps in all running around work.
All in all highly recommended for property related service.
