β β β β β The staff was very helpful and cooperative. The doctors that treated me did an excellent job, they were very kind and friendly :) Hygiene and cleanliness are taken proper care of. From the waiting areas to the canteens, everything was tidy. Highly recommended!

β β β β β Sad and exhausted to write this review. Horrible behaviour from the staff of Medica- Advanced diagnostic centre, Ranchi. Waited 4 hours for one scan and the staff was not of any help. Neither with the time management nor with the behaviour. They were not only rude but would call out the patients name and yell at senior citizen patients. They left a patient on a stretcher out in cold lobby for more than an hour without an attendant. They need training. I had both my parents under the supervision of Medica doctors and they do not treat you like a human being if you are not under any medical insurance( which was the case with my father for a few scans which were not covered). It's a money making business they are running. A wheelchair patient with 2 fractures waiting for 4 hours and returning home was not an option as we live very far. Waiting was still okay but the behaviour of the staff was horrible. I understand that this is a everyday affair for them but treating patients as if their life means nothing is unacceptable.

β β β β β I visited Medica on my friend's recommendation as I was having respiratory problems without indulging into the details of my illness I must say the experience was reassuring. Dr. Yogesh jain was assigned as my doctor and I must say he is one of the best medical professionals I have ever encountered. He explained me everything with utmost patience and helped me get better. Shoutout to Miss Monika for her professionalism and polite attitude whilst handling my queries. It was a great experience overall.

β β β β β In medica all services are very good. Eye department doctors are excellent and very caring.
My grandfather had almost lost vision , we thought he would never gain it back. My dadaji underwent surgery by Dr. Anindya Anuradha and he has got fully cured now.

Thanks to the coordinators and doctors for serving with their best expertise. It meets the highest mark of expectations in terms of the treatment provided to the patients and the associated parties.

β β β β β The main hospital and the staff have been very helpful to both my wife and I. We were under the care of the doctors after an accident. Barkha and Monika-coordinators from the doctors team were very helpful. They went beyond in ensuring that we were taken care of. The Advanced diagnostic center is another story which should learn from the main branch.

β β β β β The process was very well organised. The people were really nice and understanding. They knew the weight of responsibility that is on them and the seriousness of the job they are doing. It was an extremely smooth experience. Also, the day I went the whole city was nearly waterlogged but the staff were at their desks doing their jobs and there was no irritation at muddy footprints or wet umbrellas.
