What to say about my experience...It was and it is the best experience indeed.
I never thought before of any fitness goals till I met Bhagwan sir only I want to gain some of the body weight but now I am slowly slowly becoming the fitness freak and I am enjoying my journey.
Almost I have gained 8 kg and it is purely healthy weight gain with diet full of hearbs and protein.
Now I can proudly say the journey from skinny to fit and the size XS to M? is the best and will always cherish those moments.

He gives us personal diet plan according to our body and also take care of all the neccesary thing... And i will not say to trust my word you should join the transformation challange than you will clearly see the changes in yourself
