Priyanka ma'am is thorough professional.She ensures u achieve results n continously follows up witj progress. I had taken yoga classes from her for weights loss and in the span of 2 months i almost lost 8 kgs of weight. I am truly grateful for the help n guidance she provided during those 2 months

She customized my training very well. Her cardio circuit training were really helpful. The focus on all aspect of fitness; flexibility, strength and stamina helped me get the most out of my sessions with her. One of the very few instructors who understands her clients. Highly recommend.

The sessions with Priyanka were very engaging and beneficial. Was able to grasp most of the asanas along with the details regarding posture, breathing and sequence. I have seen very fruitful results in weight loss and core strength since I have started practicing with Priyanka. Truly reccomend for someone willing to dedicate and have yoga as part of their daily life!!

Priyanka is a dedicated and an absolutely wonderful teacher with good knowledge of yoga. She listens to your body and designs the workout accordingly. I had a medical condition of swelling on my left foot and couldn't put pressure on it... by doing yoga with priyanka it has pushed me and my results are marvelous. I highly recommend her teaching method and am sure whoever wants to learn yoga the proper way should approach her!! Thankyou priyanka:).

Priyanka is a very Nice, soft spoken as an instructor and having good knowledge of Yoga. The yoga sessions helped to loose my extra pounds (there was a little though), plus I am continuing the same. She is always there whenever I have any doubts. Best wishes for the great career ahead.

I worked out with Priyanka for a year. It took us a few weeks to get used to each other's styles but then it was smooth sailing from there. I have tried the cardio workouts which got too tiring at first but then we both adjusted the schedule and did a mix of cardio, yoga, strength, and (light) weights till we had a good 3 day schedule every week which I found was a good balance for myself. She will push you harder than you would like, which is the right thing to do..and I recommend being open and communicating with her on the spot so she can adjust the intensity accordingly. I always liked the fact that she was always punctual for the workouts and always confirmed the night before that we were meeting for them. If you are looking for body weight cardio workouts or yoga, she will be a good fit. I have since switched my workouts to focus on weights but anytime I feel like restarting my cardio and yoga workouts, I'll be reaching out to her again.
