★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Blitz Athletics for 2 years, they focus on strength and conditioning with varying exercises. I have never been disappointed with each of the coaches as they push you to the best of your ability in each and every exercise - allowing you to progress and perform better. Group batches are challenging yet quite fun, each coach explains the technique and the benefits of the exercise itself. I am happy about each class because every coach values stretching equally as compared to the workout itself.
I was training under Akash I had the ideal experience under his supervision and coaching. This is because he always corrects my form whether it be for a warm up for the actual exercise itself. He has pushed me in a way where my performance in certain aspects has exceeded my expectations. I have seen differences in my strength and form, he is a serious coach providing full attention while teaching. He is also a friendly and understanding coach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have joined BLITZ in jan 2022 and to be very frank this place is just wow, the coaches here are too supportive .I have joined as a OPEN GYM member and my experience has been fantastic. My recommendation is 10/10 and if you are someone looking for complete package then this is the place to start your fitness journey.
