★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One the worst gym I have ever Experienced. When you are new to the gym they advice you to do the various workout after 2-3 days they start to avoid you and when you have a little idea about the workout they try to demotivate you. They do so eventually that you should hier a personal trainer. The gold gym is full a form of business whenever you speak to them the tone of them is you should not do this or you should hier a personal trainer . The gold gym is the worst gym I have experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great gym with good infrastructure. Has many types of equipments. Space is quite large enough but usually gets very crowded in mornings at 7-8/9.
Try going either very early or late in evening to avoid rush. Zumba sessions are fun. Personal training is good if you can afford but don't expect anything great from common trainers. It's all business after all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an average Gold's Gym franchise. It's hyped because it's located in Aundh. Decent sized. Well maintained equipment and variety of weights. Usually crowded. Horribly maintained washrooms and showers (been going to this gym since last two years) and still there is no improvement in keeping it clean. Washroom locks are broken all the time. They fix it with tape which lasts for few minutes. Recently renewed my membership. The accounts department promised me an offer at the time of renewal which they later refused at the time of collecting my renewal receipts. Advice to everyone if account or sales person offer or promise you any certain deal please make sure you record it on video so that you can have the proof. They lied to me about the offer. About the trainers there few good trainers available for guidance. The star rating I have given is for service, cleanliness and maintenance. Other wise the gym is good option. If something is broken it takes ages to get it fixed. Below is the photo of bathroom door. There are few reviews that have mentioned that their shoes, gym kit were stolen same happened with me. My Nike shoes were stolen from Central Shoe rack last year. Make sure you keep it locked and secure. People frequently steal things or they just disappear in the air.
Update 26 July 2018 : The photos I have uploaded earlier is some reason deleted by someone. The bathroom, Spinning room and stretching machines are still not maintained and properly cleaned . Many of the basic instruments are missing or never bought in the gym by the management for example Ez Puli Bar for cable machine. The gym is horribly maintained and there is no cleanliness maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Sumit, i believe first you need to be professional enough if due to lock down someone has not continued your services atleast have the courtesy of atleast refunding or shifting the mwmbership to any of your clients to help your clients. To give them answer your membership has expired is not an answer expecteed from a rational businessman. Sometimes business is not only seen. Plz refund my 8k. Its my hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The communication between other branches is very bad. There is no clarity of rules and regulations to the staff. No proper management when you take transfer. Half of the money paid is wasted for me.
