★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is good but rate is too much high. Metro ke naam pe Kharghar ka rate increase kiya. Metro will run only Belapur to Taloja. Whats the use. People those who work Andheri and Mumbai side definitely they will prefer station nearby flats because everyday to use car is not possible. Petrol is too expensive now. So Local train is lifeline of Mumbaikars.

They are chances of development in the future and the metro station would be around 1km from the locality. It's located in Kharghar. But considering the location and the current development in the area, I feel the project is highly priced

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are cheating people by saying that most of the flats are sold out. Don't fall for the trap. Prices are bloated. Max 1.25 cr flat only. They are asking people for 2cr and 3cr. Not worth they hype. There are many other options in Kharghar. The amount they are asking can easily get you a flat in South Mumbai or Western suburbs. Bad marketting strategy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rates are extremely high, for 3 bhk it will cost 2 cr minimum plus other charges, re-sale flats by other buyers will cost 2.75 cr which is way high. For 2 bhk it is 1.5 cr plus registration charges extra, though location is good but budget wise guys people who have hawala or black money can afford it, not for a common man.

The project is also nearing completion at good speed in spite of Covid pandemic setback
