★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality and poor finishing works. Staff verbally promises and when time comes charge x5 times. Once you book the flat, rude behavior of staff starts. Bhagwati Group thinks they are giving you flats on their mercy, while they are getting full money from buyers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building is still under construction. This is really a big project and it is Kharghar Hills facing, so flat's rates are very high as compared to other sites. Construction looks very nice, interior and exterior of the building is very attractive. It is exactly near to Central Park and ISKON temple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. They practically don't need you there, is the feeling we received every minute. The flats were shown to us by a security guard who was completely unaware about the details. The person we spoke to in the cabin was a 16 to 17 year old boy who again made us realise with his constant ignorance towards us that all the flats are almost sold and it doesn't matter what you think about them. He just spent 3 mins with us in the cabin and went off by saying that he is busy and is done providing the information we needed. Maybe builders like these should be taught a proper lesson by not buying their flats totally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kharghar's eyesore. This design shouldn't have been approved in the first place. Bribes are definitely involved in getting permission for this. The building should be bought down, along with arresting the builder and all govt officials involved.

This building has Gym on ground floor that plays extremely loud music 4-5am onwards and keeps everyone in area awake, management will do nothing about it after many complain.
