★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a bad experience.. there were no staff in night guards, nurses, maids everyone is sleeping and not even responding to the patients bell even they are sitting in front of the bell and using there mobile phones. Management was very bad they are asking visitors pass strictly in day time time and there is no guard to even stop anyone to enter in hospital premesis at night. As per the charges they are taking the service was that much poor that we can't even explain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not about just the Doctor but whole staff, imagine asked for discharge at 10.00am and patient gets discharged at 08.00pm i.e. after 10 hours delays. Staff is clueless at times and shows inability to do anything, so much so that you try to reach many people who you'd think could help but seems no one there can help and seems such a medium sized Hospital can run own it's own with trial and errors. No proper explanations of what and why many tests were done and what the results represent and when seeing same thing for past 4 days (during which patient recovered only after 2 days), we decided to discharge and our discharge card says discharging without advice and there's no specific reason given why have to hold the patient either. At one point, it felt like big mess and nobody knew their own job so you can't expect they'll guide you and much far treat a patient fairly. Have seen much better services, management and doctor consultations from even smaller hospitals....so a no go ever in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I am really very very disappointed with services served by bhagwati hospital sec-13 rohini.
My father was admitted in this hospital? seven days before. After so many test done no body was ready to tell about the results of reports to us. I asked one of the nurse and she told me that it's our mistake not to ask them about reports inspite of asking for the same many times. She even told me that it's not the responsibility of them to initimate about results of test to us. Very very bad services.
*Nurses are also rude and unprofessional
The worst department of this hospital is TP Insurance Department. Because of lazyness of this department I didn't get my insurance approval on time. Because of same I had to pay the same on ?.
Every time ⌚ I had to visit to the tp deptt that please send the answer of queries raised by insurance company.
Please avoid this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital not in just rohini but in the whole country. No experienced doctors were there and staff was ill manered as well. My father was admitted here for 8 days and they just made his situation more worse. They have done tight plaster on his leg because of which his leg condition was becoming bad and his leg got burns. Quality of food was just pathetic. All the facilities provided here are the "Worst". I would never recommend this hospital. This was at that bad level.
In the final bill they add fake charges. The amount they charge for a patient is not just worth the facilities provided. Very very bad hospital. On the time of discharge they make fake summary and demands for more money. Worst hospitality.
