★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad staff, bad service, extremely bad behaviour. The material quality is poor and highly unreliable. The diamonds from a ring i bought came off within 10 months. When i took the ring to them they said the gold frame was broken due to trauma! Interestingly, I don't practice any martial art nor did i gtet into an arm wrestling with my husband to cause even mild trauma to my ring! It's their manufacturing defect which they won't accept. They said they will get back to me with a detailed report on the ring by the next day. It's been more than a week now that i have not heard from them and everytime i ring up they say that they will let me know the next day. I suppose all I am left with is to reiterate Sunny Deol's dialogue, "Tareekh pe tareekh"

But billing process is slow please improve it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, bad people, false commitment. I would like to give negative review if google allows me. I ordered the ring, and the size of the ring was wrong. It was there mistake, but rather accepting the mistake they argue with us. If I measure the ring with different staff members everyone gives a different size, even they don't know how to measure the size of the ring. So they measure the ring according to size given to us rather than measure actual size. I would say I can measure the size better than them.
The behavior of the staff and especially the owner is very very bad. I would say do not go there if you want good quality and good service after purchase the gold. Because once you give money you are trapped, then staff member behavior will change.
The price of gold and making the charge is almost double than other Jewellers. If we say them, this is too high they have argued we have imported items, so the quality is good but that is not true, a very bad quality they will provide.
