So this rating is based upon my overall buying experience. I would certainly count them for after sales service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud service !! My laptop was not booting. They said that it is a ransomware attack would cost me whopping 60 Thousand. I went to another hp service and guess what there was no ransom attack, simoly my windows crashed that's it and they also informed, my windows was covered under warranty seeing the bill. Beware, Play Safe. They literelly said me afterwards that if its your personal then we shall charge 15k., on asking about why this difference, they said "Company wala ne to looty j levana hoy ne". They'll convice you but still be cautious.
