★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the staff of this book shop is really really bad, they don't even talk to customers. ncert book quality is not at all good and when you prefer home delivery , they don't send what you ask for. i ordered class 10th books and they sent me class 9th. also they sent me lomg notebooks instead of registor. after this bad service they don't even compensate.
