How staff and shop owners treat you,how they explain about product what we looking for,how much they put there efforts. For giving proper knowledge and so on. So as of my suggestion Teknika is the finest place to buy any sony product. Cost are also good as compare to other dealers. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a mistake to give 5 rating, your showroom doesn't deserve even a single star rating. I trust your words that you will assist after sales and services last year when I bought tv from you. One of my family member gives call them on 7th October 21 for problem in tv then they said we are a dealer we cannot assist, however when we told them then why gives such commitment when customers come for buying TV from you. Since then we are following up them today again call by one of family member then the same guy pick the phone and misbehaved with us but after give strong response by us finally they sent customer care people and they said they got information today on 26th October 21only, means these showroom peoples befooled us. I won't recommend your showroom for buying any Sony products.

But the guys offered transparency and frequently told me whereabouts of the camera and status. Seems like they are willing to sell their products unlike other stores which does not even provide full information. Offered me some discounts as well. If you want to buy sony products offline, this is the best place in Indore. Five stars from me ?

But whenever I reached out to them they always responded me quickly also kept me updated about the product. Though that product was not getting available I went ahead for another Sony camera. They offered appropriate discounts as well. If you want to buy sony products offline I highly recommend this place. Also, if I plan on buying any future sony products I will surely buy from here. Thanks for the good service, much appreciated ???
