★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst after sale service. . I have purchased voltas AC on 5 April 2022 night, n till date no call or installation done from company side. Lotus is claming 24-48 hrs time for installation.. I understand due to high season service may delay but this much delay I am not expecting n accepting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing and careless after sales service here. There is only pump and show only but in real terms zero. I purchased an AC from Sapna Sangeeta Show room on 03 April, 22 and still after lapse of 35 days period, I am unable to enjoy for money spended. Full month of April with extreme heat without AC.
The initial supplied piece was defective. After a huge number of calls , that was replaced after 11 days. The replaced peace was also defective with no cooling. Again a series of phone call, visit , persuation. The same was replaced 3 days ago. But still waiting for installation.
My advice, go to shwroom, check the product variety but buy from other store if you want to be tension free.

Everytime we make a call for complaint, a different person pick call, after mentioning him/her derails , he gives fake assurance for that day or next day but nit resolved. When call next day, the whole story is to be told again and given assurance of that day or tomorrow.
My sincere advice, don’t go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has wide variety of electronics and have wide range of brands as well. It has range of discounts during festive season and some discount during off-peak season as well. The prices are reasonable and service is also very good. I have been a regular customer of Lotus since long. Definitely give a try if you are planning to buy any electronic equipment.
