But need to take care for approach way. Too much muddy & full of garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locality is a mess..with respect to the vehicle count visiting each day, space and manpower is very limited. Since it is the service centre of the largest dealership(of Kolkata) of the largest car brand, expectation from the facility was much more...overall 5/10 .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been taking my car at this service centre for last six years. The staffs and works manager are well behaved, attend to your issues and provide good services. Common spare parts are available and they also provide home pick up services
However the office and waiting lounge ambience is not good, the entry road is too, too bad and you cannot take your car at this service centre without scarapping your car's bottom. Overall cleanliness is also compromised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the service at this place. A very big thumbs up to the staff who are very competent and genuinely try to help. Inspite of the massive flow of vehicles, most of them are very cool headed and go about their work calmly. And they try not to add unnecessary things which will inflate your bill. They will advise what is immediately required and what can be postponed to the next visit. So it kind of helps to plan ahead too.
A couple of things that could have been better are ....
1. The approach road (which is in very bad shape). If one has a small or low car, it is almost certain that the bottom will get scraped when you turn in from the main road or while exiting after servicing
2. The waiting times can be quite high which is in a way reflective of the goodwill that they enjoy but yes you will have to go with some time in your hand.
