There is a nice trip,
in mamali - the hotel is fantastic their food is delicious and hotel rooms clean and the view from balcony fabulous
In shimla- the rooms and food is not good no tasty food , rooms are not clean
But hopefully we enjoyed the trip

Car and Resort they provided exceeded my expectations. Hotel rooms and food very good and hygenic. Hotel loactes among the nature of Manali. Overall the amicable behaviour of hotel staff will please everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience with BBH was good with some issues in the transport department, but they were sorted. Overall, everything was nice and well handled. Aditi, the sales person and primary contact person was supporting well in our tour with rest of the team. Naina Resort and Cottages was the best choice I made with really good view of mountain from the balcony. The room service attended, Bobby was one of the best person I have ever met in my past experiences in hotel booking and services. Food was also nice, as there was no room for complain for hotel service. Hotel rooms were clean and well maintained! I left one star just because of the transport co-ordination issues I faced, rest everything was fine! I will try BBH again hoping I don't face such issues again :) Thanks BBH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today Just returned from Assam-Meghalaya tour booked thru Bharat Booking Holidays.
Best part with Bharat booking was-their customers support is reachable all the time. Booking experience was seamless.
On request they ensured & arranged for a local hindi speaking driver(from local transportation provider). Must appreciate that the driver was extremely good guide. He covered spots more than what was there in itinerary. This was my luck & here I would like to suggest Bharat booking team to consult a local tour operators to plan trip for customers to avoid any heart burns later. For example Kaziranga does not require a halt why to waist one day unnecessary & Guwahati is hot in summer & just 3 hours journey from shillong. Again halt is not required in Guwahati. Fortunately, after talking to few locals, i got my tour schedule corrected. With little bit of effort Bharat booking accommodated my request to cancel my Guwahati hotel & provide extra day in Shillong.
Big thank you ? to Bharat booking for that.
