★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Book the bus ride to land yourself in a hospital!
We had our bookings from Kullu to Delhi. The bus was late as per schedule. After crossing Chandigarh the bus drive drove over the divider on the road bursting the fuel tank of the bus. The bus driver said that we will get some other service back to Delhi he made us wait for 3 hours but no other alternative was provided. Risking our lives at danger after the accident no other service was provided. He then promised us of a refund, which we never received.
You should surely book the bus if you wanna land yourself in an hospital!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic bus service ever. We booked the bus online from KULLU to CHANDIGARH for 7:40pm. From morning we were calling at their office but they didn't gave us driver's number despite of requesting multiple times. We reached our stop sharply at time, the bus didn't stopped and went away. We called the office again and again they refused to give driver's number. They said to come at Bhuntar stop. We went from Kullu tu Bhuntar stop and found bus there. They didn't even bothered to confirm. We called them multiple times but their number was unreachable. I request every passenger NOT to choose this bus service, if you want to escape from this hasle and trauma. We manage reaching because we were locals but please avoid this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big no for this bus.I travel a lot but never faced such conditions. Management is in worse condition. I faced a blunder issue regarding their service. I was travelling from kullu to chandigrah for an exam. I assured about the stoppage of bus but the bus didn't stop due to poor communication between bus driver and office guy. I travelled to bhunter 11kms approx from my boarding point to get the bus . If you are in some urgency avoid their services. On a scale of 10 I would give them 0. They don't pick calls and even don't provide correct contact details.
As a suggestion please do proper homework that how many passengers are there and on what stop you will pick them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic journey. Do not choose this agent ever. The bus runs delayed from usual time. The condition of the bus is extremely bad. It took us more than 14hrs to reach Delhi from bhuntar. No water bottles were provided during the journey. There wasn't any contact from the bus while boarding. They keep letting random people board the bus midway. Seats are in pathetic condition. Not worth a 1000bucks

Not mentioned anywhere while booking ticket.
And even they not letting us to keep bag with us you have to keep it in luggage area and have to pay 20 Ra extra per bag, but i return from another traveller thwy doesnt charge that means the globel bus aervice is not good dont go with this ? .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked through redbus on October 17,2021 from bhuntar to chandigarh . Left us at boarding point , no call by driver. Rude behaviour no refund . Bad quality bus. People were drinking alocohol cigarette inside. Please dont waste your money here. Would have given zero stars rating if it was possible.

i was travel dehli to manali on 18 nov my pickup point change at last time and i was pick bus from majnu ka tilla and change my bus also my bus number was 0478
and bus was brockdown but global holiday was very unresponsive person. they ware not provide any alternative. we were wait 5 hour then we booked person cab. my dropping time is 7.30am. but i reached 6.30pm by personal cab and pay 1000 per head self
bus driver and company very unresposible they not pick call and drive talking very rudely
