Prompt responses by entrance and emotional lady Manager who assisted us !!!
I can write a novel on today’s experience, That’s Management job to find out what’s happened !
Money can be given Or taken out when you have Rights of “Joint account” rather sending them back to get original death certificate... next time ask them where they came from...
I won’t suggest to have account open on Bharat bank especially on Marol branch
