β β β β β I generally don't write any reviews but today's experience is forcing me to do so.... due to some RBI guidelines my debit card got blocked because it doesn't have a chip and I am not registered in net banking...so I was left with the only option to withdraw thru cheque...so I went to sakinaka branch due to some difficulty I went to the bank at around 4:31... Yes was a minute late... and I was denied entry in the bank even after telling the whole issue to the security of the bank... He went in and called someone to him also I have explained the whole scenario but to surprise he was smiling and mocking me and was not a bit interested in listening the whole point which is I will not be able to withdraw the cash till Monday... He doesn't even care about the emergency I was having which needed urgent cash... It's been a second time that this branch behave like this but this was too much... If this is ur system which doesn't spare 10 minutes to customer then I feel sorry to be the customer of your bank.... But the agripada or pheonix market city branch or bellasis road branch I had totally different kind of experience.. they always gives utmost importance to any issue and take extra steps if it's needed....
The people working in your sakinaka branch is kind of act like robot.. no concerns or care about any of the customers problem.... Please do let me know if you needed any more details regarding the incident.

@YESBANK is the worst bank for NRI customers. I contacted yes bank for certain queries in the month on July and my query is still unaddressed even after looping Head Grievance Redressal team.Even the Relationship Manager is not taking calls.

One of the female cashier promised me to activate my dormant account and has given me assurance to do it, now she has given me a reply that the account is not activated even after providing her supportive documents and letter by me. I told her thrice to activate the account. This is how they give serve their customer. Thatβs y YES bank is in loss.
I have acknowledgment receipt I will escalate it and nobody can stop me now.
