Deliver damage piece after couple of days ( when he agreed to deliver fresh piece and transport will be properly packed and taken care which was not there actually) ....... When try to connect with them on call they do not receive call after calling multiple times some one picked and asked to receive and bring here to replacement we will pay you transportation......... Next day when we went he denied paying transportation charges also owner his brother and sister are very rude to speak do bot have manners to talk to customer...... His brother is talking about me to his brother which was wrong and when we interupt him he was saying I'm not talking with you which happened couple of times ( he is like kalicha Narad)
And when I started talking to him according to rules he lft the shop, same his brother did. They do not wanted to accept their mistake that they send me damaged piece. Top of that they said it is nothing what are you showing.
I recommend never buy anything from this shop they only want money and expect that we should accept damage piece without any word . Manners less people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister selected cycle from this shop and baught it... but cycle was damaged had so many scratches on it. That time owner said in that he had only one piece after 2-3 days they stock will come will deliver u fresh piece (cycle) on extra cost with proper packings. So my sister said ok n paid rs 350/- for delivery. On Sunday he supposed to deliver which he didn't. Very next day he delivered cycle without proper packing n that too damaged cycle which had so many scratches on it....my sister was not ready to accept delivery as it was damaged piece she called shop n told them so they were saying in transport aise hi hota hai....aap ko agar change karna hai to aap lekar aayiye. My sis told him I had already told u to send fresh piece but still u sent damaged piece which was in the shop. Owner said u bring it here I will pay u to n fro transport charged..and will give you new piece.....however she got convinced and next day we went to shop his staff immediately baught new fresh piece in front of us n said is thik okk....will make it ready.
But Owner was saying damage kaha hai thik to hai cycle.....itna to chalta hai....we said we don't want. .....when we asked him about transportation charges....he said I did not said anything like that....how will I give u....my sister called them many times n spoke to them but not a single person accepting that we made a call....we showed them call log also but still they saying none of them spoke with us n told us we'll pay u transportation charges.....owner was not talking at all n going again n again out of shop he doesn't want to give proper service .....his main concern is only money....n his sister was arguing with us we don't know who spoke to u n making fool to customers.
I will recommend not to buy cycle from them....owner is very very rude....he doesn't give proper service to customers....only money minded.....such a worst experience we had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all this guy won't let you ride any cycles . It's a cycle shop , how else are you going to decide. This annoying fact kept aside the owner is incredibly rude , but still I bought a brand new costly cycle from him ,coz of the closeness of the shop from my resident, after due diligence. I went to some other store to test ride the cycle first and then bought it from bharat cycle company. Since I only got to ride the cycle after I exited the shop once the full payment was done I discovered that the cycle is hugely faulty and is missing a major feature. I had only crossed the nearest red light when I took a U turn and came back to shop.
I informed the owner about this defect and he said that it's not a defect it's how the cycle is made. I tried my best to inform him that he is wrong in for his own benefit, showed him online review videos but still he won't give up and then very rudely told me u give me the cycle back and take your money. I told him that he can give me a fresh piece and that this piece is faulty but he wouldn't budge. He knew he had given me a faulty piece and when I found it out he took the cycle back lest I make a scene.
Very very bad experience overall. Felt like I was robbed in broad day light
I finally bought the cycle in perfect condition with all the features at a much lower price.

After payment of Bicycle, I was standing near the bicycle fitting person to see weather he is doing everything properly or not, so owner tell me to come near his desk and hit. I didn't like that attitude.. Someone is fully paid u and you expect not to worried about their product.
