★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It provides worst cycle services. Once you buy cycle from them they will not Entairtain you for any cause. You should visit them early and literally beg for repairs. Even after repair you won't get result in one visit. Worst cycle service ever. I would recommend to buy cycle form some other shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is a complete loot machine. They took Rs10 from me for air filling just because my bike has a presta valve. All they had to do was use a connector to fill the air. They aren't helpful at all... Knowing the cycle demands they always overprice their bikesand sell. I have been observing them for years...As a kid even I have been looted many a times for minor repairs. Their poor staff are infact helpful but they have no words against the owner. They very proudly say come after 2 weeks for gear calibration.
Very useless attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place get a bicycle. or get it repaired. once I was on a highway and suddenly my bike got damaged real bad. It turned out that the freewheel is worn out. The owner of the shop told that it will cost 5000/- and I bought the cycle for 7000/- See they are literally charging much. I bought a freewheel online and replaced it and it costed me 500/- They are charging like 10 times higher. Also the staff is pathetic. No scope for bargaining.

Basic Servicing (oiling, chain tightening.etc), air filling is charged on individual basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a good cycle (ninety one) without gears so thought of adding gears to it. The gears added are not original plus many problems in the chain and the crank set. Gear clams, shifters started corroding. Why do you'll wanna do this to a customer?? With this the customer won't come back and neither would recommend. This is the reason why online purchases are increased because lost faith in these offline shops. Mind you I bought the cycle without even bargaining. Still this is how they treat. Owners n staff needs way more improvment in customer relationship.
So I would recommend not to add any new parts to the cycle if bought from here and if there is any other option to buy then please go for it.
