★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop offers 1 year of free servicing including cleaning, puncture repair, oiling.
The cycle frame, tyres and gear mechanism are good and sturdy (Firefox Road Rider v. 2015). As a hybrid it is a good, smooth cycle that stood up well on long road rides of 50+ km (300 km in a week) and a bit of rocky off-roading too at Aarey Colony.
Cycle seat had an issue, which was replaced under warranty. Though there were delays from the company, as the piece was out of stock, the owner followed up with them and offered replacement service directly at the shop.

The owner is very reasonable and respectful which is being followed by their staff also. For any problems or repairing needs their staff Mr Saddam will look after it without any hassle. Must visit for cycle enthusiasts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor after sales service. Owner talk in a very rude abusive goonlike manner. Introducing me to his staff as the person who had come with complaints. Owner asking for 500rs for changing rear brakes even though it is in warranty. And when I ask him to put proper brakes he is saying that he will remove from the first one as well. His hostile behaviour should be reported to police. Pure terror experience. BEWARE

Took the cycle to Riders and Mr Sachin was so helpful and prompt in checking the problem and having it solved. Fabulous team of people at Riders executing everything in a modern and professional manner. Riders is awesome for cycles and equipments and their after sales service Rock

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Repair service is quite nice. Customers dealing staff is very friendly n courteous. Owner Sameer is very soft, supportive n helps to offer decent discounts on purchased articles. Cycle mechanic (Chand) was very prompt n expert in his repair work, accepted my son's cycle repair work n resolved it appropriately and complete fix. Thank you Sameer n team. Good going ? will highly recommend this shop to my friends n relatives.
