★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to frequent this place off and on cause they had some decent hair cutting staff. But now the quality has deteriorated terribly. This one time the woman cutting my hair was so nasty to me she made me comb my own hair before chopping it haphazardly. Plus when I complained to the manager of the place she did absolutely nothing. Basically avoid!

I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS FEMALE CALLED SHAKEELA!
She did my threading and was so unprofessional and rude that I was shocked beyond words!!!
She claimed to not have change for 500 rupees and kept bickering abt it that I should have informed her earlier on entering the salon and started misbehaving on that?!?!? (SHE HAD CHANGE BTW)
In that case they should put up a sign outside saying ‘please come only if you have change or paytm’
I didn’t expect BHARAT AND DORRIS to hire such immature and rude staff who don’t have any decency to talk to their clients.
I have NEVER experienced this kind of unprofessionalism anywhere in Bombay in my 20 years of my living here!!
She was rude and arrogant and was misbehaving in front other customers and staff as well.
She claimed to be the owner?!?!
When I asked her name, she was unwilling to give me her name.
This is what she is teaching the other staff as well I’m sure.
I spoke to several other people I know and they complained abt this woman as extremely rude and unprofessional.
No wonder the salon was completely empty when I entered!
This is extremely disappointing and I never expected this from Bharat and Dorris!!!!!
