when you pay electricity bill you will realize that a/c price recovered from cheaper bill
Good quality product but installation need expert personal
So they charge also more than other a/c
Over all product is good but service again depend on knowledgeable person

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a defective 1.5 ton split AC . They are refusing the replace it and even after asking them to send a technician the repair it....they refused saying that we didn't ask them to install it cause they overcharge. Where is it said that the ac should br installed by the company itself and then only the warranty is honoured and where is the question of warranty if the piece only is defective and the AC has never been used. The service centre guy even threatened us saying that now nothing can be done and the 55000 rupees ac can't be mended. Really pathetic service not expected from this brand.

I recently bought 1 Ton Invertor AC. And from the first day the AC was installed it is giving warm air from indoor unit. It gives cold air for only 10 minutes then it gives continuously warm air. And i am continuously giving complaints from the first day, they respond in 5 days after complaint. Till now 4 people came to check the AC but they don't resolve the problem and go away.
From the person i bought AC they say we don't know anything, our work was to sale the AC now you have to complaint to company and company is not responding properly.
I am very fed up of this AC now. I just want to throw it in dustbin. Its the worst AC among all companies.. And the company service is also very poor.
I will never recommend anyone to buy thus AC. Go for DAIKIN or any other company but don't buy Mitsubishi.
