★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For 2 days regularly i bought meds from here around 5000 , by mistake i took an extra med which was of 1000 , i went to return it .
The way they beg you to wait outside their shop for 25 minutes when you come to buy , a lady on scooty runs to some other shop to get what you need , I wish the same warmth and understanding they extend to people in times of their need , I recommend Kumar Medicos over any other medical hall here !
Instead of waiting for minutes on both my visits i should have gone directly there !
Nav Bharat Staff and the one who was sitting on counter , have some sympathy and sense to talk to people who come in need , one we are dealing with medical condition of our patients , second we have to deal with your attitude. Money is never a problem , a person who can spend 5000 can also bare a loss of 1000 but it’s the attitude that matters , Congratulations you have just lost a valuable customer and 100 others in her contact?
Also to add on the above review i posted a month ago !
Today is sep 21 and i went to buy same med from sec 11 and guess what i got it for 350rs !!!
You guys are selling 3 times !!!!! And when someone comes to return even not knowing this fact also the kind of behavior you guys show is unbelievable

They just give you some random company medicine that provides the same salt and tell that if ot dosent work, you can come to return it .
And when you come to return it, you have to find the face of the sales person who sold you that medicine
In short
"If you are buying something, remember the face of the sales person"

The promoters are defrauding honest people by selling hand santizer's or medicines on higher prices given by the Indian Government. WOW these are our great pharmacy's. Please don't ever go to them & don't purchase expired medicines from here
