★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my sample for covid 19 through the drive through at leisure valley. Sample collection was very convenient. However as far as the results are concerned, I had a Pathetic time. Kept calling on the number given on the website. They told me to call 4061121, which is the lab number. I kept calling for two consecutive days. No one responded. Finally I had to go and pick up the report from the lab. No message, no email. The government is working in a better way. Then what are we paying for?
Being a doctor myself, this kind of response is highly unprofessional. Would not recommend. Pathetic experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really supportive and cooperative staff. Had multiple visits at the centre due to my father's treatment, they gave extended support every time. Special heads up to centre head ma'am for making one feel comfortable thru listening and answering the queries.
