★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and careless staff. Bunch of kids working there. Half of the tests they don’t do. Poor work ethics. Busy chit chatting than attending the customers boycott all franchise store of Dr Pathlabs....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many blood samples collected at Chandigarh for common tests like TSH,vit D3,vit B12 etc are being sent to Delhi for processing.They do not have facility even in a city like Chandigarh.That is why report for these tests is ready next day many times.It will take minimum 5 hours to reach sample at Delhi even if sent by air from Chandigarh.If facilties/machines are provided for processing at Chandigarh,it will be good and it will take care of so many people around neighbouring area around Chandigarh.Anyhow reports of this lab for various diagnostic tests ,I have found reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their location in sector 44 is in a small booth and therefore any urine test sample will have to be done in a public toilet down the street. This is especially an inconvenience for women. I expected better from Lal Path Lab. Honestly one should pay Rs. 50 and have the samples collected at home.

I HV booked appointment fr sample collection on 9/5/19 at 8 am as m working and have to reach office by 9 am ... The concerned person have booked it after
Being called 6 to 8 times but on 9/5 when nobody came for collection by 8.30 I called the given number again and he is saying due to some urgency person cannot come we will reschedule it to tomorrow or he will come after half an hour... I mean seriously!! do u even know the importance of time and meaning of appointment. And then he was saying that ,"i will send u the numb of collection personnel and u collaborate with them urself ," is it our responsibility
to tell n ask the collection personnel if he is free or not to take sample from home by the appointment time ?....Wasted one day of treatment as I will not be able to get my test done ... So unprofessional?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably the worst of Lal path labs. Had such a humiliating experience that neither will I ever go back here again, nor recommend it to anyone. I went there for few tests and the staff there was so unprofessional that they spoke the names of my tests loud and clear to other staff members (as one of them had no clue about the simple tests) Is this what you expect when you want to get some tests done?
On top of that, the woman who took my blood sample was just interested in knowing why I'm getting tests done, how is this a matter of concern for someone whose task is to collect blood samples?
Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. They don't even know how to manage the patients as everyone is gathered around the payment desk, no token number, no queues. I'll never recommend anyone to go there, they are just ruining the name of the brand that Lal path labs is. Go somewhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ behavior of one off staff was very bad . i went to lab on 20th jan 2021 and asked for FECAL CALPROTECTIN . i shown my referral letter as i am from ECHS Mohali and on letter it was written test as required by doc .but He said me that the test should be mentioned on this referral letter . i went back and asked my Dr to write on it with stemp . I came back next day with sampel and shown my letter again with Dr sign and stamp and mentioned the name of test . This gentleman again said bring new one .I told you have told to do like this and i did it . I was surprised by his answer . that he said you did not came to me & he said i am the incharge of this lab and there is no other male in this lab .and said you can check in camra , But he did not shown me that .do not know his name but he have beard one face and quit young man .I do not know hw this type of men employed on such important task. I am very much disappointed by visiting this lab .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today (17.07.21) I contacted Lab for rt-pcr test. I had Poor experience. Unprofessional staffs. Don't care about patients. Ultimately, I had to visit govt hospital. Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. A same day report was provided 3 days after. That too after escalation by email. Called them multiple times but they didn't picked up the call. 4th day I went to lab and demanded report, which they quickly said "evening me aana". I showed them on LalPathLab App and their own website mentioning that result be provided same day for that test, but they started argument.
Suddenly call from LalPathLab customer support came and they told that report is ready, even then lab wasn't agree to provide report.
I made them talk to their own customer support on my phone, and they provided report in a minute.
Very very bad service. Avoid it if you value your time and energy.
When I asked why they didn't attended calls, they denied that they have received any calls from me.
On their own mobile I opened calls history and shown them my 6-7 calls that they didn't attended. Even then the lab person argued that they haven't received any calls.
Such a Shame.
