I was supposed to get reports next day. 4 day still reports not received and moreover they don't attend phone, neither call back.
I'm going to report this to health department officials, how such frauds have been permitted to play with patients.
Don't at all go for any test with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice medical centre for all the usual tests needed for body check up. It is located in Sector 11 market near oleega. There are other laboratories nearby as well. It is an authentic test centre for all health checkups. Staff is trained properly. All the employed people are polite and qualified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid trouble and choose another lab for your Covid-19 PCR test… collector agent arrived late and without his PPE equipment, he could not speak nor understand a single word of English. Once the report received next day I had to spend 1 hour on the phone because they had invented a completely random email adress which was not the one I gave (very creative), they had also wrote my name wrongly. It did not stop here, the first call was useless and no changes were taken into account, I had to call a second and a third time, loosing time and energy each time. Metropolis is highly unprofessional and incompetent.
