★ ★ ★ ★ ★ govt hospital in sector 16. emergency is open 24 hours through out the year. there is uge crowd in OPDs. Evening OPDs are also available in few departments like pediatrics, ortho etc. the Dr.s are good and experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital seems to have become half dysfunctional. It's 'multi-speciality' now largely restricted to Covid testing and containment. From the guards to doctors, all fearful, focused on it. Then even if a patient has a mild issue, the learned doctors can't use their discretion and time to diagnose, or even try to know what first information the patient has about his problem. Just standing or sitting idle, these folks speaking minimally directed me from OPD to Emergency to Covid testing .. when I just needed some antibiotics for a throat infection, that had been happening to me for the last few decades, and always been treated as such.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous staff in the emergency ward. I was shocked to see no empathy in staff . They were unnecessarily wasting time of patients by telling them to go to this room no that room no. The paediatric lady was chatting instead of attending baby patients. Such body language of doctors and employees bring disgrace to an institution. The authorities should look into the matter. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visit this hospital for the first time and all I observed is that no one cares about ur emergency and health issues even if u r suffering from alot of problems u have to wait for a long for ur turn..they don't even understand emergency.worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors in emergency speak rude behaviour. They will not listen to your problems. Just play game on their phone .They show like they are supreme leader. And we go like begging.you every doctor should know that your salary comes from our pockets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I have to give them 1 star Jud because I have to write a review. This hospital is not less than hell for me and my daughter. We could afford a private hospital but some so called relatives of my in laws suggest this hospital to get admitted for jaundice.Nurses locked us in that room with our babies. We couldn't go out to even pee till the morning and not a single nurse was their to attend us. I have so many things to say only negative.dont ever go there.
