★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sharing my 7 months stay experience in this apartment .
This is one of the old apartments in Brookfield area ( more than 10-15 years).
I am surprised to the adds and amenities mentioned in them regarding this apartment .
Let me start with Cons first.
1 . The maintenance of this apartment is worst in fact there is no maintenance at all I wonder why they taking 3500 Rs / Month for.
There is only 1 guy who sweeps the apartment .
There is a pool which they have closed since vivid but it makes no sense to open it again as well it's filthy and it's basically a big water tank.
2. The building Lift is May be of 1970's with manual grill shut one .
3. There is a Temple beside this apartment who plays loud music at their will so wfh will be a challenge
4. There is a One guy ( manager who will never fix anything )
5. There are 2-3 they call Society President they are all in all here whatever they say it happens here so tenants u don't have any say .
6. No Gym at all
7. Children playing area is actually terrace with one broken seas saw and one broken merry go round .
8. Powe Backup is another Joke here only one 9 watt bulb will glow that too in the mercy of security or "the president"
9. Lifts are mostly under maintenance and won't work
10. Parking is clumsy
11. If there will be heavy ran all the Parking will be flooded.

Pros-
1. Near by to a lake that's a good walk
2. My landlord was a Gentleman
