★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to be aware while filling the petrol. Personal working there cheats you while filling the petrol, they don't mark it zero at the start. I remember of getting cheated twice here.

Service wise there is room for improvement. The air and PUC provisions ate decent and neat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This very dirty petrol pump.. they were throwing the those ATM machine prints on the floor. When I said should not throw it down then the manager was very arrogant and saying it's our property and they can do anything instead telling the worker not to do that... He was like Gunda to fight with me and said do what you want to do... I said this is social responsibility of everyone to keep clean if yor follow cleanliness other will do the same... But he never understood it instead that.. long in short very unprofessional behaviour of staff and manager. As well as they have feeling that giving that means they are do the favour to customer.. rally unhappy with service.. need to take this up with BPCL

1. No person to fill air. When other car came to fill Nitrogen, immediately one person came & fill it for him. When asked to fill air , he said its lunchtime at 1 pm. When asked why no lunchtime while filling Nitrogen, no answer. Zero customer service. BP should cancel license of this pump.
2. Petrol rate was 117/- but when checked todays petrol rate in Pune it is showing 114/-. Are they cheating customers?
3. Zero reading not shown befote filling.
Very very bad experince. Pl do not visit here.
