★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality fuel and very clean place. Mandate gas station in area and very neat. Can get a bit crowded at times. Otherwise Small queue lines so the service delivery is quick and less time consuming . Accept both online(Card and paytm) as well as cash payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and arrogant attendant, specially the person by name Anil. I asked about reward points up-dation, arrogantly replied he don't know and ignored to share name of station Manager, I had purchased 2800 worth of petrol and wanted to update the same in my membership account. He was very arrogant and blunt person. Such person spoils name of great brand he is not worth to work there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There has been several misbehaviours in Indian Oil’s Sai Samarth Petrol Pump, Sanghvi, Pune.
First, most of the people have a very rude attitude...
Second, most of them don’t care to zero before filling a new tank..
Third, most of the people are impatient..
And the most important one.. the person had misbehaved with me last time too and I had escalated and the owner has apologised. But yet again.. this happens.
Very very bad!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never get your tyre air pressure checked here, they connive with puncture mafia, if you are innocent city girl/ guy, they will cheat u by lowering pressure on any of Ur front tyre and say that it's puncture or maybe even puncture the tyre, always get down and see when they are filing tyre...after telling u about puncture, they send u to the nearest puncture repair shop and they will loot you saying there are multiple punctures and charge 100 per puncture. I have faced this issue multiple times on this petrol station, and got cheated by big amnt so please ladies be careful or learn to change Stepney. If it's puncture change Ur tyre instead of going to these puncture repair shop, they are predators.

If free air is available (on a very good day) staff asks for money
PUC stall setup within premises takes rs40 when PUC charge is rs35 only (for two wheelers)
