My bike being of 2009 model was not visible in the system, and after visiting 3 other centres I got reference of Kakade PUC centre. He was able to help me with all the things.
Got my bike registered for no extra cost.
His charges are standard,
I.e.
40INR for bike.
100INR for car.
He also accepts money via all digital mediums.
