★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People are not interested in serving their Customers. I think, this BSNL/MTNL have hammered nails in their own coffin, by their third rate service. It should be privetised and these lazy, inefficient and arrogant ppl must be sent home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MTNL employees were very relaxed and not too bothered about solving the problem in a hurry... The internet underground cable has been broken since 2 months and no clear plan when it will be fixed.... It will, some day... Till then as customers we may continue to suffer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lazy fat sloppy staff and they are very easy going. They already lost so many customers as many are disconnecting their landlines. They dont even have a telephone instrument to replace what sort of service you are giving and the broadband is so useless. Worst service i am very annoyed.
