★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recharge queuing feature available in vodafone. Airtel and Jio had this feature. I lost my 30 days validity. I contacted customer care they said queuing feature was there. I belive their words and done my recharge 30 days before my existing pack . But after my recharge validity expires before 30 days when i call customer carethey said that feature was not there. You must have to recharge once your existing pack will over. So finally I switched to Airtel now everything is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liked the entrance.. a large wall with a water falling into it greets you welcome as.. "Vodafone Idea Welcomes you!"..
There are other offices in this building.. a bank.. Huawei, CoWorkx, Some Aditya Birla Group companies.. canteene on 4th floor..
In front of Kamala mill compound..

I dont have internet service at my area and I have logged the complaint many times also written number of mails but there is no resolve from past one month.
All they say is to " Aap nishchint baithey rahiye"
Ek mahina ho gaya aur kitna nishchint baithu ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VODAFONE IDEA one of the worst telecommunication company in INDIA, and looting people with poor connectivity, worst customer relationship, etc.
This is the second incident of my life with the said company by unwanted charging of International Roaming when you are within your own country.
I have been to Darjeeling from 24th Feb to 1st March, and I got this message as SMS on 1st March, & later I was charged ₹99/- as International Roaming Charges when I am in India and they say I am in Nepal. Over and above when I returned on the night of 1st March, I found ₹1600/- plus was further vanished from my Main Balance which I had in my account. On inquiry on the next day, they told me that ₹1600/- plus amount is charged for using 2MB on International Roaming (I am in India still). Further as a gesture they said we will refund ₹99/- & requested me to furnish Scan Passport copy and Visa if any. I have furnished them my passport copy, SMS, Airlines Boarding Pass also but since 2 days nothing has been refunded.
If they won’t further proof, I can prove the hotel Booking from 24th till 1st March of 2 Rooms.
This is a sheer cheating & looting case of this company.
With the Telecom & TRAI look in this matter and take suitable action.
