★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a terrible experience today. The sign board is misleading. Ground floor says Hafele studio, first floor says Bharat wood. I assumed the stairs on the side leads to Bharat wood. Later came to know it's residential. Then, got into Hafele studio and the receptionist showed me the way up (from within). Now the Manager comes yelling at me, he was very angry. I kept my cool if not he would have created a bigger scene. He shouted at me saying how educated people loiter around residential places. He then asked me what I wanted. I was upset at the behavior. When leaving he stepped out and pointed at the board. On realizing it's misleading, he changed his stance saying I should have checked first. Please treat customers properly. What is business without customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is great place to check out a lot of material for home construction or improvement project. It's quite a large setup and its kinda tucked away frm the outer ring road.They have a lot of options and Naveen, the sales rep was very helpful. I am surprised that they dont have a prominent sign board which can visible from the main road. Anyways its surely worth a visit and a good one on this side of the town.
