★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the main branch of SBI Bank of faridabad.The bank is always overcrowded.The employees behaviour is not that good.The bank opens at 10am and closes at 4pm.It takes a lot of time to get any work done here.The waiting area has limited seats for customers.The machines installed here are mostly out of order.Ist floor of the bank deals in government deposit schemes like PPF.There is auto and personal loan section in the bank as well.There is no public restroom for customers here.The parking available outside the bank is paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Damm slow service...too long quenes.... lesser staff....lazy...work.. poor service by the bank staff ...too many problems faced during the cash withdrawal...but the branch is biggest in Faridabad....best location of bank..u can easily reach here calling famous Neelam chowk....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service bank , which I have seen in my life .Not well trained staff , not organized .SENIOR CITIZEN BANK ( staffs ), most of the workers are sitting free .They have enough infrastructure for controlling rush , but they not at all caring about this .All are getting pay on correct day and other benefits...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic working people . The women sitting on 5 number is very disgusting . She dont know how to work . Standing from 2 hours in thw line after that she is saying i will not do ur work because now i m doing kyc work dont come here again ur transfer of account is not going to be done . Come on another day .such a bad behaviour of that lady .please take action aginst her . She is making everybody fool .

The branch manager refused to entertain my complaint for changing my phone number in bank records as wrong phone no. Was updated by the bank itself..
Now no query is resolved by the bank.
So i m going to consumer court to settle with the bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the main branch of SBI in faridabad.it is on very prime location on main neelam chowk.as all sbi branch in banking hours there is heavy rush.staff behaviour is good but sometimes there are some issues also although SBI is level best to bring the latest technology in there banking branches but sometimes the common problems like serve faliour occurs.SBI is trying very hard to give fast services to customers.latest technology machines like passbook printing or others are available there.but you have to consider it the customer base that SBI have is very heavy that's why all technology and services looks tiny sometimes.but it is common problem in all SBI branches.SBI is latest bank of india and this branch is also very main branch of faridabad.so I must say that if u have some work there u have to rush there timely.all and all nice branch.sitting arrangements also very good.parking arrangements is also very good.water for customers is also available.
