Nobody is doing their job well.
I request you to not to open a bank account here in future .
This was really my huge mistake to open a bank account here ,???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Branch manager are untrained and unprofessional in banking operations. He never bother about the their customer concerns. Staff are also illeterate in banking and operations. Worst bank in customer dealing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have couple of experiences on this bank which I want to highlight.
1. I went there to update my adhaar card and always there is a system issue, someone is on leave or etc. I had to go there for straight 5 days just to update my adhaar card.
2. For my mother pension, they kept me running for endless times, so rude and bad behaviour emoloyee.
3. There is guy in PPF, bald from the head is so rude and will blame you for his wrong doing. Have happened with me couple of time. Also, Ragini Thakur is impatient and rude if she is not able to resolve the issue.
I've had really bad experiences with this bank every time I go. I have to go multiple times even for the simplest issue I have.
Rude employees with a bad behaviour..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally poor services they are giving..I went 4 5 times there for my yearly bank statement they hardly attend anyone..even today I went and met their branch manager he saw my application regarding my bank statement only and said madam I done your work I said thankyou and waited their for 5mints, I received no mail ,when I said this to the manager that I didn't get the mail yet he replied so rudely to me that there is traffic while going wait krlo,yhn se sent hogya hai ..and now it's 4 30 pm.i didn't get the mail yet konse traffic mai phansi hai bai... terrible services Terrible bank...very rude behaviour of staff and poor services...worst bank ever I stuck with.. and before this merging I am having this account with oriental bank of commerce (OBC)bank which has an amazing services with a very nice staff and wonderful facilities..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest and oldest branch of PNB in FARIDABAD... working progress is too slow...quenes are too long... average service provide by the bank..... location is gud ..u can easily reach here by Neelam chowk or bk chowk whichever suits u...it is located on bk Neelam road.... right side...
