★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a trip to Udupi at 7:41 pm and Bharthi Tours and Travels calls me at 7:00 pm to inform that the bus will depart at 7:15 suddenly - that's a half hour before departure.
We made it to the bus stop somehow at 7:30 and they tell us to go to the next stops head to try and catch up but the bus driver wasn't answering his phone, being super rude and unhelpful and the company was not cooperating at all either and lying about the whole story when asked for a refund. Overall horrible experience but nothing more to expect from a cheap ass bus company!
I wish I could rate a -10 on this travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i booked a ticket in bharati travels from banglore to hyderabad at 12:20pm through redbus. Due to my personal work, i couldnt able to make my trip and i contacted the redbus at 4:30pm and they directed me to operator of bharati travels. He again redirected me to redbus only or talk to superior. The way the bharati travels higher authority spoke is very rude and manner less . Is this the way a person should talk with customers who pay and travel ? And moreover, he is not even able to speak properly and very much attitude way he replies. even i trying to speak by explaining problem, he is not even wishing to listen, Its not even 5 hours i booked the ticket. I want to say that, when a customer is polite or angry, you people should speak with polite and calm, which the bharati travels lacks. Unless they learn how to speak with customers, they cant earn goodname. Forget about getting goodname, what i want to say is they lose the faith and earn badname. No one will recommend to travel in your travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked 30 seater bus through Red Bus. Their playing with life, in mid of travel I think the brakes were failed and everyone at bus smelled smoke from tyres. Bus condition worst and had faced several issues while traveling and they are riding bus very slow to make more time to Collect more money. KSRTC was overtaking all times that much slow. I never book bus with this operator and #Redbus at all.
Anyhow, they made safe journey without any major issues to anybody. Hats off to the driver for handling but don’t push the bus speed more than 40km per hour. You will get more mileage and more money from the customer who booked bus with you.
