Nandi Cabs City Taxi, JP Nagar 7th Phase, *used* to provide good service. I used their services several times for the last 8 years (be it to airport or local travel, especially when people are more than 4). Their vehicles used to be clean and staff used to be courteous. I never had much problem until recently.
Recently I am finding, their service quality is coming down. They are careless with bookings, had to call several times to get confirmation and driver details. I was thinking, thats okay, they could be busy with more bookings.
But, today I had a very bad experience made me decide thats it, never go with them again. I have booked an Innova in advance, but surprised to see a mahindra van. After calling them, they said they charge less price than Innova. With no other options at 7:30am, had to use the service, then driver tried to take wrong diversions and tried to waste time and increase kms probably to increase the price. Started at 7:30AM to reach Kasturi Nagar by 9AM, but the driver managed to reach by 9:40AM. When told him the route, he pretend as if he dont know or confused. What a horrible attitude. After informing their office, they received it as normal, replied that they cant help if driver don't know the route. Remember, this is a pre-booking vehicle to Kasturi Nagar, explained driver to go via Koramangala Inner ring road, old Madras road. But driver took a right at Dommulur and to HAL, Ramesh Nagar, etc.
Had the service good, I could have paid more than the amount they are expecting by means of cheating (showing extra time and kms). I had paid whatever they asked, said, thats it, I will never book.
Though I had good service experiences with them earlier, I do not want an unfriendly experience like today again. So, I have decided never to use their services again.
Bottomline: * they are now careless about customers, unfriendly and wanted to make more money by cheating.*
