★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited the hosp for the sake of medical check up wid my frnd,,,only the consultant and few sis r friendly and helpful ,,,,Their is a sis with appearance of grany, feels as dr and doesn't respect anyone ,very arrogant and attitude ,,,the owner of hosp is literally the worst ,,,she only keeps shouting and scolding others irrespective of pt I would recommend this hosp for only consultants

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had awful & extremely unprofessional experience with Bharathy Hospital. We had procured an appointment on 07 February 2022 at 9 am with Dr. Manojit. Hospital staff phoned us twice (on the day of appointment and on the previous day ) to ensure that we get to the hospital on time for our appointment .
We reached the hospital precisely at 9 am. Dr. Manojit had not arrived yet. Hospital staff called Dr. Manojit couple of times; eventually he arrived at 10:20 am made us to wait nearly 80 minutes.
As soon he arrived, we were taken to consultancy room & made us to wait again for the doctor to get to the room and see us. We could see the doctor talking to other patient & the doctors outside the consultancy room. We waited again for him 10 more minutes in the consultancy room. At 10:30 am we heard turmoil noises from the nursing staff and staff at reception & we realized that Dr. Manojit had left the hospital upon visiting other patient .
I hear the staffs out there scuffling & imputing each other why Doctor was not made to attend us. I barged out to get to see what truly transpired & I was lied by the staff that the Doctor is in another room. Helplessly, I went to back to the consultancy room & sat there waiting for him. I knew that doctor left the hospital without attending us. Hospital staff tried calling Dr. Manojit & it appeared he refused to come back & attend us. The nursing staff came into consultancy room & implied us that Dr. Manojit had an urgent appointment & had to leave. I knew that it was a sheer pretext & it seemed to me that staff did not even indicate him we were waiting. And Dr. Manojit refused to come back and treat us. The nursing staff insisted us to come back in the evening at 4 PM.
It appeared us that it is sheer process lap & lack of co-ordination. And Dr. Manojit displaying no concerns towards patient waited for him for nearly 90 min & refused to come back to treat us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you love your family members than strictly avoid this hospital... All types of expired medicine you get here & they are proudly give expired medicine to the patients... I did work here that's why I know...Hospital MD & HR want servant not Nursing staffs...i just tell my experience now you think...
