β β β β β The surrounding is well maintained and the infrastructure is also good and it's a 24/7 service so it's a life saviour ,and all the doctors are very skilled doctors and are very friendly in nature
And the hospital is also well maintained and it's very hygiene

β β β β β Worst hospital receptionist and nursing staff don't know how to behave with the attenders
Don't go in case of any mergency to this hospital u will definitely land in trouble,myself Anaesthesiologist giving this statement pathetic,dey don't speak with other hospital doctors itseems,they don't know how to maintain ethics,once i remember a case received from shobha hospital died within 5 minutes coz dey didn't diagnose even a simple
mi(heart attack)no first aid was given

β β β β β Zero stars to be given to this hospital, irresponsible and rude behaviour by the staff,they don't know how to give basic respect to the patients who visit them, especially the receptionist and nursing staff,they behave as if they are from the management,that's y people are preferring corporate hospitals

β β β β β If we had negative review I would have given it. We visited at midnight as one of my family member had severe heart pain, we do understand it was COVID time. Due to unbearable pain we went without mask, instead of asking for actual problem nurse and staff was more concern about us not wear mask. They could have given mask and charged later instead of making big scene infornt of person who is suffering and making him even more tensed. Later even though we asked to do ECG they said it may be due to gastric and gave some injection and sent which pain was relieved for sometime and again started. Then later after few hours again we went for another hospital as pain was increasing then we got know it was heart attack, and later took the required action immediately and somehow saved the person
The point is please don't ignore when patient is telling some signs and please listen to patient problem and act instead of arguing on things which could be lease important in that instance, if they had done the ECG we could have taken action even more earlier. Somehow from God's grace it wasn't too late for us. But, if it was then it could have cost the person's life. If you can't give treatment please mention in entrance that you don't treat incase of emergency.

β β β β β Never ever think of going to this hospital. just for a fever they were recommending for admission. I insisted and asked them to give a pct. just for doctor consultation and pct drip, they charged me 2,000 rs. They look for money making opportunities, rather than treatment.

β β β β β Visited hospital ,since my friend suffering from stomach pain, after waiting for 2 hours doctor came 12noon which staff was communicated that doctor ll come in 5 minutes. ( staffs are just to entertain doctors arriving time)
"Dr Girish " idiot suggested tablets for digestion instead of acidity and ulcer . Is he really doctor? Dont understands problem , 2nd day got Visited again to stomach pain increased again he suggested irrelevant drug .
Finally lost hope on this hospital . If you are visiting hospital just for formality they ll act like they are treating you . Waste of money.
Doctor Girish should be removed. Better take good practice instead of being suggesting wrong drugs
