Not an impressive entrance but well planned building by GM Group.
Adjacent to Trailokyanath Abasan which has been constructed recently.

1) in the name of maintenance zero .in short no maintenance.
2 ) in block B beware of shoe thief if you remove Ur shoe outside some one will take it away or cut Ur shoe in two pcs .
3) society is not good for family man . If bachelor then it's ok .
4 ) if Ur planning to take flat at rent please confirm parking other land lord bcoz for two wheeler very less space bcoz outside used to kept there bike there for that society charge them parking charge .
5) if Ur taking flat from Bhartiya please check for electric metre lots of gocchi in meter ..hence you will pay more money and other metre billl
Please check it before hand . As per him u will had Ur separate metre . .
6) my suggestion go to some other society rather then coming and stay in this society now one last for more than 6 month most of the flat are vacant just bcoz of this ....
I will give zero star for this society .
