★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is very good,local market, transportation and all major requirements are in close vicinity.Booked this apartment by seeing the Brand value of Loharuka but after 2 years many defects are being noticed in my apartment and lift areas.Already cracks,seepage problem are being noticed within 2 yrs of delivery which I have already informed the developer.This is something very unexpected in a new construction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a ready to move in project in a very convenient place with all the modern aminities and facilitates sharing the boundary wall of dum dum airport but still no noise because it is the aeroplane yard not anyway near the runway very nice place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good. The main attraction is rooftop. There are cracks, seepage in exterior area. We have noticed damp wall adjacent to shower. This is reason of poor quality of construction by the builder 'LOHARUKA'.Interior wall quality is bad. you will realise this at the time of drilling in the wall. At the end you will spend lots of money for maintaning this flat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful,well planned,well decorated apartment.there are 3 blocks.as its name "green oasis"suggest...touches of greens can be seen.one of aunts has 2Bhk flat here costs 4200 per sqft.rooftop is very beautiful.it has gym, children play area and garden.u can see dumdum airport very clearly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Apartment Complex is called Green Oasis because all the complexes developed by Loharuka Group (the promoters of this complex) have names starting from Green....It is a nice place for living...Situated just behind Hangar area (Parking sheds for Aeroplanes) of the vast Kolkata Airport....It is very near to the VIP Road and just beside famous Shiv Temple (Shibtala) of this area...This complex has all the facilities of a modern complex, except swimming pool. The Roof Top Gym, Jogging Track, Sitting places are marvellous. The Lifts are very good quality and goes upto 7th i.e. Top floor roof...!!!
And the panoramic view from the Roof Top is mind blowing. Anyone can sit here and spend a long time just viewing the adjoining area which is vast & open...The USP of this complex lies in the Roof Top...????
