★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In years once comes a time when someone needs to claim insurance for their vehicle even then these people don't support then what's the use of paying premium to them? They don't even explain us the procedure, their surveyor never picks up call, he doesn't physically survey your vehicle and ask for things from garage people that they are not aware of and then finally gives you reasons and say that your claim is on hold as he hasn't got estimate from garage. Who's responsibility is it to get it from them? They just make the customer run and waste his time till the time he gives up and forgets about making a claim! Don't but this insurance! Beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For cancelation of policy they are floating the mail round and round since more than a month, how do we expect settlement in case of mishaps. Its better to have no insurance than bhartiAxa, this company is not less than fraud. Attaching the mail transactions of one month. Nobody bothers to reply neither regional head not complaints unit or escalations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not at this location. When we gone there there's security said that they has shifted their office. But, he also don't know where they shifted it. Bharti AXA not mentioned or didn't update the information of shifting their office. They need atleast update at Google Maps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are running a scam along with their Channel partners who pose as Aditya Birla Capital Employees offering loans against Policies. They claim that the policy will have a 30 days Free Look period but sell you an Offline policy which only has a 15 day free look up period.
Not a very reputable company to work with. They DO NOT even have an online cancellation option and the call center employees are not equipped much helping capabilities either.
