As i have taken one policy found some mistakes in my name spell, I have submitted my two ID proof with correct spells,after two month i have get message your request rejected due to name mismatch,
How i say them name correction was the main objective.
Very poor service.

I am Agent at Bharti-Axa from last 3 years and as always i submitted a premium. After 3 months i got a call and they said the premium is not submitted. When i visited at the RDC raj nagar branch, they said the cheque is bounced. But the payment was deducted from my client's account. It's been 6 months and they are saying we have given complaint to solve the problem but nothing is done till now.
Raj Nagar Rdc branch can't help you ever.

Claim settlement is zero and they do not refund after policy mature.
Unprofessional sales head sandeep chaudri raj nagar branch. he thread me directly.
I have purchased 3 policy for my family but at time of bhartiaxa denied to give anything.
Even blaming me for providing wrong information at time of policy purchase.
They digg multiple TnC at time of claim settlement
I spoil my 11 lacs in bhartiaxa
