1.i visited the office reception at 1200 Hrs and guard completed thermal scanning and stop on stears .The public was moving up and down from stears and I am waiting their approximately 70 minutes.No place for sitting their .when I ask to go to the office.TAB Security guard ne bola SIR wait kr ligiye ,jab koe uper se ayga apko bhej denge .
2.Now I enter in HDFC life office it was 1410 hrs .there are several person waiting their position.
3.Their are three counter in office .The girl don't know how to work and ask again and again from male office staff.Sir esko kise kru.
4.Now time is 1500 hrs ,I am still waiting for my position and after 50 minutes .Male office staff ask .24 Number kiska h.
5.Now ,24 number came and shows their documents and now after 60 minutes their server is not working.it means after 3-4 hrs the server is not working and if required any help from HDFC life office ,I will visit next day and same procedure will be began for me.
Breif description:-
I discuss one of the staff .how many customers visit on daily basis.the staff told me sir 30-35 .it means HDFC life is unable to tackle 30-35 customers on daily basis.
If you will visit any HDFC bank branch and ask HDFC life policy .They will gives you more than 10000 policy in a day becuase they are taking money from customers.on the other hand when you visit the branch to get claim/surrender value or any other help .The Hdfc life pffice told you sorry sir ,our server not works .
I recommend don't purchase any policy from HDFC life.if your female staff is unable to tackle the staff .why HDFC hier such employees.she will not works yourself as well as distrub other male staff.YE TO AISE HUA NA KHUD KREGE AND DUSRE KO KRNE DENGE.Are bhai mat hier kro aise staff ko jo bus ye bole sir ye ho gya bta do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hdfclife executive mispresented the data and sell me the policy and now when i asked him that i want to withdraw my money..he is denying and saying u have to pay three premium and bank will deduct 20% and give yo rest... moreover he is also not interested at all in listening me ..he Directed me to the main branch but no one is responding. Just for commission he mispresented the information.

After collecting payment from me, he stopped responding to my calls. I have been calling him since last 5 months, but neither he attends my call nor he reply to my messages on whatsapp even after seeing those messages. I request all of you to never purchase any hdfc policy from this branch, specially from Ghanshyam Kumar Jha.
