★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bhatia ji personally repaired and restored an old gramophone that was with the family for 90 years. Several pieces had to be procured and replaced which he managed most efficiently due to his own contacts over the years.
Besides, his staff gives the most efficient service for both sales and after sales service for instruments.
Our family has been using the services of Bhatia musicals for over 3 decades.

Got strings changed and they weren't evenly wound around the tuning peg which they think is "normal".
Also scratched my guitar with the pliers they use to cut old strings.
Location is their only USP but better to go elsewhere in Delhi/Gurgaon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to look for a guitar amp for myself and asked them to let me try. They were rude and responded that you will have to buy without trying or we can let you try after you buy it.This is really weird because none of the music shops have such an attitude. If you are a musician you will know that you cannot buy an instrument unless you try it. I have spent hours into music shops in Mumbai and Delhi just to try first, understand the instrument and then buy it. Also, they were rude in their behaviour and showed a lot of attitude. Decided never to visit this store again.
