It is much better than other high end music stores such as Raj Musicals and Bhargava's in Delhi where they are more concerned of selling their products and putting their shop stickers on sold guitars. I personally recommend this store to buy musical instruments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this store for inquiring repair related to my acoustic guitar and felt a very warm and welcoming staff. Very helpful and patient towards my all my queries. If one is looking for repair of instruments that to done in your presence, You will have to oversee as they need some monitoring. Also they have no work bench to carry out the work. Hence I am rating 2. He held my guitar on his foot to change the strings. That irritated me a lot.
Also they charge a lot for the equipment they sell.
