★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner's behaviour is very positive. He is very helpful and humble. He always give best advice and store have ample of instruments. Best place for buying or modify your instruments especially guitars. Best part is he listens to queries first and resolve it. I never faced any problm whenever I went to his shop. Best part he customize guitars also, check photo of my guitar which is 7 years old and he do an awesome job on it. Also recently bought electric guitar and amp in which he helps me a lot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst musical shop. I got an equaliser installed in my acoustic guitar for which I paid a good amount of money. This required pasting of the bridge as well. The pasting was not done properly, due to which the bridge broke and was then pasted haphazardly. The equaliser doesn't give any sound now, after 2 months. Even the saddle has been broken, don't know how. The wood wasn't cut properly. And the wood peices were left inside the guitar. These are some photos attached.

Owner is friendly when you visit, but this seems to be side business as does not respond on follow ups at all. Didn’t cause any problem to us as non responsive behaviour pushed us away to buy item from other vendor.
